  10. Mobile Data: We collect and use customer SMS-capable phone numbers only for interactive SMS support call authentication. We do not disclose client mobile information to third parties. We do not send marketing or any type of automated SMS messages. We do not retain any message information sent or received by SMS longer than absolutely necessary to perform interactive support authentication. SMS messaging is strictly opt-in. You may opt-out at any time by contacting your account representative or our administrative department. We do not collect or retain any mobile-related information for clients that have not opted in. SMS messages may incur data and or messaging rates from your mobile carrier.

  11. Customer-Managed Data: Customer-Managed Data (CMD) is data entrusted to our customers by third parties. When we are required to interact with CMD to perform a task or fulfill a request, we treat it with the highest level of sensitivity. We do not collect CMD or utilize it for any reason whatsoever outside of testing Customer-facing solutions. We do not store CMD outside of a Customer’s environment. CMD stored inside of a Customer’s environment shall be encrypted at rest and at transit using customer-controlled secrets or both customer and vendor controlled secrets, so that we cannot unilaterally access CMD without Customer interaction.
